However, the preparation time of orders is different from the delivery time.

In addition to this time frame, shipping is unfortunately not our responsibility. This is why the times indicated are an estimate.
If we take a closer look at your order processing history, our commitments have been met.
Please note that delivery times (preparation or delivery) are in working days. But a weekend was included in your shipping time.
Of course if an order is urgent and has a deadline for receipt we will do our best to satisfy you. For this it is important to let us know.

I received my order quickly...and everything was perfect, packaging, quality of the product and materials, manufacturing quality, impeccable fit. I had recourse to customer service and there again nothing to complain about. So much so that I made a second order in the wake.
