I bought a NEXUS 6 speaker for my Motorola smartphone. On the site it is not mentioned for which type of smartphone and as I know nothing about it, I thought that the speaker is valid for all Nexus6. The repairman disassembled and reassembled my mobile. Fortunately he did not charge me anything. So not happy

Like many things, Macmaniack was better before! I've ordered protective screens that never arrived. I dream of a time when customer service was courteous rather than blaming you, where problems and deliveries were resolved in 48 hours maximum. After years of loyal service and being a spokesperson for this company, it's like Capri, it's over. In short, the Macmaniack of yesteryear is no more and will have at least one less customer!

Product does not conform to the description and photo. I ordered a rear window for my iPhone and received a tempered front window. The seller after sending all the pictures proving the error did not want to know anything. I am not happy

I was expecting to receive the goods within 48 hours, but in the end I waited for 2 weeks because I sent an email, but I didn't hear anything from them, and of course I couldn't reach them by phone.
The service sucks. It took me 2 months to receive my goods and I had to pay twice for shipping. According to the website, all products are in stock, but it is not. Then it is out of stock, then it is. They make a mistake in shipping, but they put the responsibility on the buyer. It's a real shame. I will never order from Macmanick again
My order was not at all what I expected
After weeks of patience, which I can largely understand given the current situation, my order is not honored and no tracking is available on my customer area. After many discussions I am told that the package is delivered ... It is nothing. I am asked to provide a certificate of honour and a copy of my identity card in order to initiate a dispute. Seeing nothing advance I recontact the customer service which undertakes to put the product in delivery within 5 days ... Seeing nothing change I call back to get the material sent (about two months after the order). I may give this website a chance but I would not recommend it.
Package never received
I received a message 1 week later asking me to return the screen for inspection. It's been 1 week now that my mom's phone is unusable. The screen is a birthday present, I can call it a poisoned present. Think of molding for future purchases as well as my relatives and acquaintances. For information, I am a traveling salesman in the south of France and Corsica. I know a lot of customers equipped with phones and moreover with screens often broken on site, and until now I have been promoting your site. Today this is no longer the case and I would say the exact opposite of what I said before. Don't forget that you are not alone in this market.

No information on the status of my order, except on request after 1 month and after 2 months. Very poor experience.
Out of 8 items ordered in Dec-20, I waited for the delivery without much urgency. After a while I asked why it wasn't arriving and was told that the burner and the iPhone screen protector were missing. I was offered a partial delivery of 6 items and the rest (2 items) in 15 days. I did not require it, because I was not in a hurry, I could wait 15 days. I have been very satisfied with the service and the product. I was told that 2 items were still missing but they were not the same. Now it's the left speaker and the Macbook Pro battery that are missing! The mustard is getting on my nose and I ask for a partial delivery of the 6 items out of the 8. Last week I received 3 of the 6! This is the state of the situation for now, I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible!
I ordered a survivor shell instead I received another shell that has nothing to do with it and very bad quality.since I sent several emails of complaint but nothing any response from them and their phone number is untraceable Frankly never again I recommend

The battery is not working properly. I had to put the old one back in.
The site gives false and misleading information. The pictures do not match the product received. I purchased a holder for the Iwatch 38mm - 42mm. The cutout for the charger was actually 6mm too large for the Iwatch 38mm/42mm chargers, which means the charger will not stay in place and therefore not be usable. They also say the holder is weighted and has a non-slip coating, which is not the case. Emailed the service department several times who, although in a friendly manner, continue to argue that it makes sense that the cutout is too large because the charger for a 38mm Iwatch is smaller than the charger for a 42mm Iwatch, which it is not. Misleading site!!!
A BLAGUE! I waited 7 weeks to receive a different hull than the one I ordered...

LiPad gen6: the screen works but not the menu button, the button's panel is totally opened in two. LiPhone: the touch screen is blocked all the time, I have to lock/unlock the iPhone to get the touch back! The front camera worked once during a FaceTime call and has not worked since! The battery is delivered without the double-sided sticker, same for the screen! It might be useful to mention this in the description of the item! I was expecting much better from an apple parts specialist, especially at this price!

Very disappointed with my order. After waiting about 10 days for the restocking, I received a piece that seems to be used dust has a lot of scratches screws with traces of rust and no screws marked.
