I had to send an email to know that the product was available, return is very difficult. I'm waiting to see if I get a refund as I explicitly requested.

Still no delivery after 5 weeks of delay, as well as a reminder from me 7 days ago; I received an automatic support email, then the next day an email from a collaborator telling me that my order (which had become complete that day) would leave the same day!
