Once again, I had to return an item because of a defect and to not refund the return shipping costs, the after-sales service plays on words. A real dialogue of the deaf. This was my last order! I had decided not to order any more because of many quality issues known in the past (complete screen with a defective component (facetime camera, internal speaker or proximity sensor), battery completely flat and impossible to charge, original screens that are reconditioned internally with low cost touchscreen that "respond" poorly, etc.. ). I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea. If this is not selling the M****, I do not know what to call it! In short, I bought this screen anyway and it is as described above : not functional ! In this case, the location of the proximity sensor is not correct which means that it does not work. After reassembling the old screen (cracked but functional) everything is back in order. The screen is well and truly at fault. And this time it was the last straw. I asked for a refund and not an exchange under warranty because this screen was not intended for me. I have to say that I am not sure what to do if I have a problem with the screen, but I am sure that I will be able to get a refund. I just ordered a replacement screen for my old galaxy S4 that I still use. I order a samsung screen (samsung was marked on the screen in the picture) and I receive a screen very quickly. problem: it only displays green lines when I turn it on... I report it to the SAV, and I ask why I receive a defective screen in a bubble wrap without a serial number. I'm told it's a compatible screen (it's a samsung screen that doesn't look like a counterfeit, so I ask for the difference between an original screen and a compatible one, I get a vague answer). so I send it back and ask for one that works. I'm sent back a screen (one month later!) that works but with edges that are so unstuck that I can't press the home button. I'm a bit angry when I ask for my money back because I'm told to send it back at my expense! I finally decide to take one of another color, but certified as an original samsung part, and I add the difference for this exceptional part. I finally receive a screen in bubble wrap without a box and without a serial number, but it works. after a few minutes of use, I realize that the screen is a little unstuck at the bottom and it makes a small unpleasant click when I touch the screen. I'm going to change my phone because it's annoying and I'm tired of fighting for nothing.
