I ordered a charging connector dock for iPhone 7 Plus. I received my order but the charging connector dock was defective, one of the microphones was loose and was walking around in the bag sliding in a simple thin bubble envelope! I reported the defect of the part I received and the after-sales service asked me for photos of the part, photo that I forwarded the next day. More than 8 days later and despite my reminders by mail and Messenger I remain without response from the SAV. So I strongly advise against this site, because they do not take the time to treat the after-sales service of their customers or to bring them an answer. I don't know if I was unlucky or if the parts ordered on the site are of bad quality but in any case, a response from the merchant to the complaints of these customers is still the basis of commercial relations. Conclusion: run away from this website !!!!!!!!!!!

After weeks of patience, which I can largely understand given the current situation, my order is not honored and no tracking is available on my customer area. After many discussions I am told that the package is delivered ... It is nothing. I am asked to provide a certificate of honour and a copy of my identity card in order to initiate a dispute. Seeing nothing advance I recontact the customer service which undertakes to put the product in delivery within 5 days ... Seeing nothing change I call back to get the material sent (about two months after the order). I may give this website a chance but I would not recommend it.

The screen is a birthday present, I can call it a poisoned present. Think of molding for future purchases as well as my relatives and acquaintances.
