The cheese is excellent, the packaging very good, very good communication with the sales person, the only problem is DPD who never respects the delivery day!!!

AGOUR: okay, but the carrier no! I was supposed to receive the package 300 steps from my house, I received it 10 minutes by car from my house! at a relay point closed on Saturday and Sunday! for food, this is unacceptable!

The cheeses smell very bad. Following the instructions given, we left them outside for several days but they still smell bad. As compensation, we are offered a refund for the price of one cheese. We believe that we should be sent 4 new cheeses and return these. We hope that our petition will be taken into account.

The weight of the square is announced at about 700g and it is 456g... it's very approximate.
