Still enjoying and soon again some of the best cheeses and some cured meats except for the truffled dry sausage and the whole tenderloin since too dry and narrow in size compared to the sliced one, but I continue to enjoy the whole copa and the ham and ventrèche in large pieces

Delivery arrived successfully and quickly. The only downside is that the cheese was not vacuum sealed, is that normal? Not having tasted it upon arrival, it stayed a few days in the refrigerator drawer and upon opening I noticed it had suffered. It remains very edible nonetheless.

Indeed, the carrier was a day late on the delivery and consequently the package was no longer cold at all, the frozen bread completely liquid and the package at room temperature, the cheese in vacuum had started to ooze... I have ordered several times and have never had a problem but now no response from you...
