I saw the cold chain logo, but I thought that during the transport of sensitive materials, the eutectics were included in the price! Why receive spoiled goods, which happened for the coche ham, but not for the smoked pieces. Do you not have an obligation to ensure the cold chain?

For the excellent cake: it would be better protected in a more rigid box to avoid breakage! Don't take this as a complaint but as a personal opinion!
