Our Ossau-Iraty AOP – Grand Affinage (1 kg) is a Protected Designation of Origin cheese, produced according to strict specifications, guaranteeing its origin, manufacturing method, and the quality of the milk used.

Tomme de brebis cheese, a delight; Bayonne ham, the smell and the true taste of Bayonne that I used to eat in the Basque Country; the Basque cake with black cherries, very good but I have a preference for the Basque cake with cream (that will be the subject of a new order in some time)
