Hello, Our apologies for the abnormally long delivery time. The order was placed on the 10th and shipped on the 11th. Unfortunately, we cannot do better on our side. As part of our contract with TNT, it is stipulated delivery in 24h but unfortunately TNT has failed this time. The parcel was only presented on the 15th, which is 3 days of delay attributable to the carrier. You were absent and the parcel was therefore re-delivered the next day. The product you purchased (ham with bone) does not require cold storage, so between the cold packs and the cooler that can maintain a temperature below 20° for 2/3 days, the ham should not have suffered too much.
