I am satisfied practically after my macular hole surgery.
I had the MassMe vitrectomy pillow with me in the hospital. All the nurses and doctors were so enthusiastic that a consultation is taking place to possibly include the pillow in the inventory.

I have had retina detachment surgery and I had to be almost 24 hours face down for 10 days due to the gas they put in to seal the retina. Thanks to this headrest, I have been able to sleep and sit at a table because it can be adjusted for both things. I recommend it.

Perfect
I underwent a vitrectomy due to a hole in the macula. After the operation, the patient must keep their head tilted with their gaze directed towards their feet. This device has been of great help in adhering to this constraint. Indeed, being able to rest the head allows for proper relaxation of the trapezius area in the neck, and the gaze is well positioned.

We were delivered on time but at a relay point when it should have been at home. Otherwise, the product is very good. The adjustment could have a latch which would be an improvement to the current product.

The locking hook broke out of the base during normal use. I had placed the base under the mattress as suggested in the picture. When removing it, the locking hook broke off!
Such a situation can only be explained by improper use contrary to the operating instructions. The material has been carefully tested and approved for more than 5,000 usage cycles. In addition, it comes with a 2-year warranty. I invite you to contact our customer service to obtain a replacement part.
It was very helpful during my recovery from a vitrectomy and I also recommended it to my treating doctors.
Fortunately, this MassMe cushion exists. It allowed me to sleep in the recommended position to better heal the macular hole. The first night was not easy, but then you get used to it. Thanks to the inventor of this product, especially a French one.
