Loyal customer of Matériel vélo, I bought a Pinarello dogma F 2024 frame kit from them three years ago. A crack appeared on the frame and Matériel Vélo opened a warranty with Pinarello. They agreed to replace the frame kit with the new model (New Dogma 2025) and even offered me mineral oil to perform the purge, a handlebar tape, and two hoses. They regularly kept me informed about the progress of the warranty and committed to a delivery time for the new frame which they respected. It is during this type of experience that one can judge the quality of a company. I recommend Matériel vélo without any reservation. It is the best online sales company.
