After several orders, a small inconvenience for this last one; but nothing unpleasant, let's say it's the fault of the end-of-year festivities. Nothing to complain about regarding the items themselves.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that shipping costs can be a concern and we are continually looking for solutions to improve our customers' experience. Please note that the fees you paid are only a contribution to costs that are actually much higher.

Decent autonomy, adequate power in the evening or at night, but be careful, on sunny days, beyond 150m, even in daytime flash, the bike is no longer

Too long delay (2 weeks)
Translated reviews
Response from Materiel-velo.com
Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the delivery time of 2 weeks can be frustrating. A delay of 2-4 days was initially indicated but it has been somewhat extended due to a supply delay from our supplier. Please know that we are doing everything we can to improve our services and reduce these delays.

Best regards,
The Materiel-velo.com team
