Response from Materiel-velo.com
After verification, your initial package was returned to us by the carrier due to a non-claim within the allotted time at the pickup point or a refusal from the pickup point. As soon as it was received in our premises, we proceeded to a reshipment, and we confirm that it has been retrieved since, without difficulty.

We remain at your disposal for any further questions.
