I received my order, rather quickly and on the day indicated. In an effort to optimize and reduce the size of the package, which I think is good for the carbon footprint, two items (office supplies) had been accommodated in the third, larger package. As this third item was very basic, I had no reason to open it when I received it, and I thought the delivery was incomplete. In fact, the office supplies had been slipped into the box of the third item without any message alerting me. I had launched a claim for loss or incomplete delivery when the curiosity of a member of my family led to the opening of the packaging of the 3rd item and we discovered the office supplies that were supposedly missing. Overall, very satisfied with my order, less so with the "emotions" produced by the nesting dolls!
