I used the semipermanent manicure kit for the first time and was very satisfied. Although it was my first experience with semi-permanent, application was easy by following the tutorials available on the company's website. The nails stayed perfect for about two weeks, after which nail regrowth made removal necessary. I particularly appreciated the effectiveness of customer service: after receiving a partially empty remover (only 60 ml compared to 115 ml stated), the problem was resolved quickly and easily. However, I recommend that the company pay more attention to the sealing of the cleaner and remover, as they tend to arrive with a smaller amount than expected (about 110ml compared to 115ml stated). In conclusion, I promote the product and service, but suggest better control in sealing the liquid products.
