Very bad experience. Although a slowdown in delivery time at Christmas time is understandable, however, this delay is no longer justifiable: I don't have the package, I don't have the money, I have no feedback from the 'company ( no apology request..).Contacted by me , recently, I was told that the package will arrive. It has not yet arrived. I specify that it was supposed to be a gift. I hope that, in the meantime, the recipient does not independently buy what I had decided to give her!
One star is still too many! My parcel was missing a ballet set (the one my daughter really wanted) which was reimbursed after I complained. How is it possible that we can order when they are out of stock?

I bought a nail lamp. The cable where it plugs in does not work. When you place the order it says that they send you a phantom gift valued at 14 euros and instead they send you some nail stickers that are not worth a euro. They charge shipping costs on returns. I do not recommend it
I'm not satisfied, I asked for a return because of a duplicate gift, I was told that I would be reimbursed and today it's been 1 month, still no reimbursement.

Oven not working
I placed an order. The parcel was delivered in a locker but the locker was empty. I had to call Mondial Relay who told me that the parcel would be re-delivered. Finally it went back to the sender, the order was reimbursed at no time did I get a message from you explaining what was going on with my order or offering to send another parcel. I am very disappointed.

I won't talk about the quality of their products, I don't know. I placed an order two days after the pack I had ordered was reduced by €10, and I asked them if it would be okay if I returned my pack, and recommended a new one with ten euros less, or if there was any possibility of a commercial gesture. Extremely disappointed by the delivery (20 days to receive the order when the site announced 3 to 6 working days) and catastrophic customer service who, when contacted, pretended not to understand the problem of a tripled delivery time. I wouldn't recommend them!
