Nail polish kit out of stock at the last moment for the magic chameleon. I am very disappointed.

Very slow shipping!!!! It was for a birthday and did not arrive on time. Neither customer service nor the courier collaborated. I don't think I will buy from the web again... The products are very good.

I didn't receive my parcel! When I contacted the company to inform them of this, I was held responsible for not having picked up my parcel, even though I had not received an e-mail to inform me that it had arrived. Nor did I receive a reminder e-mail, as is normal when a parcel is to be returned to the sender. I was asked for the details of my relay point for a second shipment, which arrived at the beginning of May. To date, still nothing! I sent an e-mail asking for a refund as I was not receiving my varnish. Again, I've had no reply. The first e-mail was sent at the beginning of April! I hope someone will take this message into account and get back to me. That would be the least they could do. Thank you

I'm a semi-permanent beginner at the moment and I'm completely satisfied with the kit. The varnish holds easily and changing it is mostly due to nail growth. I don't really know how to remove it yet, but I hope I will.

Very good products, I've already ordered several semi-permanent varnish sets, just disappointed with the pastel set, the Sunflower and Dahlia varnish bubbles after a few hours so has to be removed, I tried again for the 2nd time but same thing. I reported it on Messenger but got no reply. Otherwise, the other semi-permanent varnishes are great and hold up well.
