I placed an order. The parcel was delivered in a locker but the locker was empty. I had to call Mondial Relay who told me that the parcel would be re-delivered. Finally it went back to the sender, the order was reimbursed at no time did I get a message from you explaining what was going on with my order or offering to send another parcel. I am very disappointed.

Good. But the uv lamp has three leds that worked for ten minutes... first they blinked, then nothing. Fortunately, the others work!
