The delivery was not compliant with the order. After claiming about it, I received an immediate credit with a refund of my order. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the transfer. Bank problem...? Otherwise, Mercorne is serious.

I have been a customer of Mercorne for a while, and I am very satisfied with the products and the service. At Mercorne, I always find nice, cool materials that allow me to make beautiful knives, customize industrial knives, and many other creations. I have met the Mercorne team several times at knife shows, and I assure you they are as nice as their products!

not in conformity with my order, the measurements of the bone did not correspond so I cannot make the two folding knives I had promised; I had made my observations to the retailer in Strasbourg EKS
