Hello customer since many years I appreciate the kindness of the advisers the presentation of the products and the broad choice of these last. This being said a detail which has its importance in this period of purchasing power it seems to me that certain materials are unaffordable. Sincerely Georges .p

When you order your pads, they are often not flat or of equal thickness. Otherwise everything is very good.

Some products have defects not visible on the photos (knot, crack, worm hole ...) Overall the prices are correct, but it is possible to find a good part of your products yesterday for less expensive. I had also asked BEFORE buying some specific products (mamouth molar) if I could have a certificate of authenticity and the origin of the product. I was told yes, no problem. Almost 2 years and a number of reminders later, still no certificate (or even no answer), result: without certificate, my customers do not want it...

I find your reactivity very important, contrary to other sites where the delays between order and delivery are prohibitive. Super quality of the wood species offered and very good choice proposed. The only drawback is that the choice of dimensions of the squares is limited, for example: I do woodturning on small pieces, and my needs are squares of 10 cm in maximum length, and I have a lot of loss compared to the proposed lengths.

The speed of the orders is very pleasant for us! The advice and responsiveness of employees in case of small problems is perfect! The only thing I would like is to know if the material can go through the dishwasher or not. I recommend you without any problem! Good day Sebastien

The choice is really important a real plus, the photos correspond to the products. Sometimes the ranges are a bit expensive but certainly explained by the rarity or the work done.
