Hello, unfortunately I still haven’t received my package (FRTLN504054434). After a couple of emails, no phone contact from the DSV company in Belgium, I finally received an email on 01 June that the package will be delivered. I live and work on a military base (SHAPE) and I was waiting for a call from their courier but nothing... I don’t even know if they tried to deliver it. Please help me because I exhausted all possibilities (another calls and emails since yesterday and no response). If not, please refund me and I will lose the cost of delivery, but I have no choice. Announced delivery time of 72 hours, I still haven't received the motorcycle 10 days later. The problem certainly comes from the company responsible for the delivery but in any case, promises are not kept.
