Big gap in transport. Appointment never honored. See my email. Otherwise, the product is compliant and of good quality for its price.

It is the efficiency between the purchase and the delivery but on the other hand the back pie with 3 damaged teeth and on the back groove a big scratch coming in I am very disappointed

Received motorcycle damaged, frame paint, fairing. Apparently, they blame the delivery. But the material is not protected inside the box, so it's rather the seller's fault. They don't want to do anything for a commercial gesture. I can't even imagine what happens when an item doesn't work with customer service. Good continuation.

Hello, We bought a Quad from MiniMx in July. The vehicle is not functional. All safety elements are inoperative. The safety cut-off in case of a fall does not work, the OFF button to turn off the engine does not work, and the ignition key has no effect. I do not recommend this company, which does not check the safety elements for a vehicle intended for young children. It has been more than a week that we have been communicating with customer service, which I must say has not been very helpful. Deeply negative experience. My son's birthday was on July 25, and he still hasn't taken a ride on his Quad!! This is July 31.

Quad well received and meeting my expectations. Slight issue with the assembly of the front suspensions where I had to adjust a spacing. Attention to the adjustment of measurements during manufacturing.

I received an accelerator cable of 110 instead of a standard 95 and since I didn't check (I had trusted MMX for a long time) I opened it so no return possible

I give 1 star because I find it unfortunate that after the motorcycle is properly assembled, it doesn't work at all and they have to send me a new carburetor (after I don't know how many emails) and that despite that it still doesn't work... I find the customer service really disappointing...

Motor ordered on 11/7 for my son's birthday. Delivery 48 to 72 hours, €130 in fees. I'm aiming high and now, 28/7 no motorcycle in sight. The carrier confirms on 23/7 we are already far from the 78 hours and nothing... Super disappointed and I'm not even talking about the little one... No explanation from the seller or the carrier.

I bought a 250cc dirt bike engine, but during assembly, it was impossible to shift gears. The gearbox is stuck and the starter wires do not match the connection on the bike.

Satisfied with the order arrived on time. Just the engine that was installed upside down and the breather pipe broke and all the oil spilled.
