A good product., with a good quality price ratio., but especially good guys on the phone., listening., and who know how to please... And for the same reason., I intend to continue the adventure with the MiniMx team., and a little wink to Mr. Baudelaire

I'm told that the color I chose and paid for is no longer available... I receive instructions that cover only 1/10 of what needs to be assembled. As for the bike itself, it's perfect, and delivery was fast

Response from MiniMX
Hello Thomas,
We are sincerely sorry to hear that you encountered problems with your order. We understand your disappointment regarding the color and the assembly instructions. On Foxy models, assembly is quite simple: front wheel axle, shock absorber, and handlebars. However, if the original CRZ instructions are not clear enough, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our workshop will be happy to assist you with an explanatory video and, if needed, a video call.
Kind regards,
The MiniMX team

Delivery times not met

Response from MiniMX
Hello Gabriel,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sincerely sorry that the delivery time was not met, and we understand your disappointment.
As you know, the Aquitaine region has suffered major fires, which, in addition to the summer period, disrupted deliveries.
Our carriers always do their best to deliver within an average of 48 to 72 hours. However, certain events beyond their control can extend delivery times.
Kind regards,
The MiniMX team

Very happy once the motorcycle was received but it took 3 months and no information on the delay... so okay it was a pre-order but several calls where I was given a different delay and if we don't call we have no news... too bad the follow-up leaves something to be desired.

Everything went well overall in terms of purchase and delivery, but after two sessions the motorcycle shut down and wouldn't restart. I had to buy a complete ignition pack because I couldn't tell what had burned out. This is my second purchase in one week, not very reliable at all.

Hello,
Your order was shipped the next day following your order, the delivery is still in Annemasse and due to one of the scheduling delays (according to the carrier) your delivery has been scheduled for 05/08. We remain at your disposal to assist you if the delivery has not been made, please understand that we are dependent on the carrier SCHENKER/DSV and that this is beyond our control.

The order is 4 days late which is not huge (taking a detour to the other end of France) Once received it was not the right one. Still waiting for the correct package.
