Customer reviews of MiniMX

It's not of great quality, it's still Chinese and we know it, but it's sufficient for a child who is starting out.

Deadlines respected, product corresponding to my expectations

Great! I am delighted with my purchase and I would like to thank Julien who was always available on the phone at all stages of my order. They are always reachable and it's very reassuring especially for the motorcycles on pre-order... I recommend without hesitation next time.

great, just pro!

Excellent good quality

The product photo for the sprocket I ordered was cropped. The photo showed a sprocket with bolts and a mounting plate, but I received only a sprocket. I'm disappointed by this surprise.

Poor communication, lots of delays,

A well-handled order with good package tracking.

This is my second time ordering and I am always satisfied, fast delivery, perfect bike, and we can exchange without issues, he responds quickly, I recommend!!

Nickel fast delivery Meets my expectations

I ordered a piston that unfortunately must have fallen on the floor on the day the order was prepared. It was marked with an impact, which could have caused problems for anyone who didn't notice when reassembling it. The cylinder was damaged too. I also bought a racing camshaft for my bike, but unfortunately it isn't racing as advertised; they simply sent an original one. Yes, I'm unhappy with this order. I wouldn't recommend them to my friends in the pit bike association for now.

Super competent in terms of customer service, very nice and very professional... Now I have found my site for my dirt bike parts....

Hello, the part broke after not even two hours. The same poor quality as the original engine mount shaft.

Delivery too late

Excellent, nothing to complain about

Very serious

Still haven’t received the delivery.

Correct service and logistics and there description of the quads is spot on 💪💪💪

Delivery times are unpredictable; you shouldn’t rely on the date shown on the website. It took me two months to receive my motorcycle instead of 10 days. There’s a serious lack of communication: when there’s a delivery delay, nobody informs you about the status of your order. Fortunately, when you send emails, the website replies quickly. The motorcycle is good, although it was missing a screw. The decal kit doesn’t stay on very well, but for the price, it’s generally a good motorcycle.

I sent you a message with a photo. There’s a large mark on the front right, like a burn or glue. The chain keeps slipping, and I don’t know whether it’s the chain or something in the engine that’s clanking.

Very satisfied with my order, the Pocket is beautiful

Very fast

very well produced

Package well received. During assembly, 2 screws were missing: 1 missing BTR screw for fork tightening. 1 missing BTR screw for front mudguard attachment.

top

I am already buying it for the nth time, and I am always satisfied with the quality-price ratio

Delivery deadlines not met

I received the motorcycle lying down in the truck, which is not ideal, I was missing a screw on the fork T's, the deco kit is peeling off without even having removed the transparent wire, but apart from that it works quite well, it was delivered to me in four days

A few screws are missing to fix the fork, but otherwise it's perfect, arrived in great condition and what a joy to ride!

I ordered a 49cc pocket quad from the brand crz swap on the minimx site. It was for my children's 8th birthday. - Package in perfect condition (no shock). - Easy assembly even alone - Good quality of the quad parts and tools (small flat wrench, Allen key) - Bonus with a palette of sticker decals. - Oil-gas mixture measuring cup. Starts on the first turn. And very powerful and fast despite its 49cc, just incredible. I am very happy with the purchase and so are my children. However, I gave 3 stars for the delivery/shipping. Quite long, ordered on August 13 and received on August 21. The parcel depot centers (Cesson for example) are very slow to react. Nothing negative to say about minimx. Thank you again

Really very professional customer service, I recommend fast delivery, package received very well packaged, I recommend I bought a 300 erz liquid, not disappointed, very good product. Thank you again to the mini mx team!!

Very good site satisfied with the motorcycle just when it arrives there are two or three places where the decoration kit comes off otherwise great I recommend and the customer service is top

Package received as expected in very good condition, motorcycle not yet assembled, very satisfied Philippe

I filled out an order return form and still haven't heard anything.

Perfect

Impeccable parts and delivery.

For the price, nothing to say

Really great, we started with electric balance bikes and now we've stepped up and opted for electric cross bikes, and they are really the best. I will continue to buy from you in the coming weeks or months, depending on the children's progress with the one recently purchased. See you soon

Great bike that meets my expectations
