Customer reviews of MiniMX

Fast and efficient

Satisfied with the product but disappointed with the delivery time (one week later)

Perfect

The product isn't sturdy, and when you make a warranty claim for a part that broke after barely two months, you wait four months to receive the replacement part you ordered, which is supposedly reinforced compared to the original. Well, no, it's exactly the same. In short, I'm disappointed.

I am happy about it now to see in the long term

Great super bike

Fast delivery product corresponding to the ad

Excellent experience with MiniMX. The order was easy to place, the spare parts matched the description, the prices were affordable, and shipping was fast. The items arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I was satisfied with both the quality of the products and the service. I will definitely buy from MiniMX again. Recommended!

After placing the order and receiving it, exactly 7 days. Perfect. Product conforms to the order.

Everything is perfect... thanks so much

Always received my orders well and thank you for the stickers

Quick exhibition and receipt, I recommend!

good

Beautiful, but it makes a noise when accelerating. I’m not sure if that’s normal, actually. Maybe I’ll send a video and wait for instructions on what to do. Thanks in the meantime... Recommended

Order placed on 14/07. The helmet was only available from 27/07. I agreed to have everything shipped together, as someone had assured me that I would receive the items in time for my son's birthday on 08/08. The order arrived on 11/08. My child cried on his birthday, and MiniMX did nothing to make amends. The delivery deadline was not met. I do not recommend this part of the order. The rest was good... Let's say it was acceptable if you overlook the stickers on the bike, which were applied very badly (some folded over onto themselves). In short, I won't be coming back.

Effectiveness and speed.

Product received well except for broken footrest, after noticing it they sent me footrests, quick after-sales service

Ordered and delivered in 1 week, the assembly instructions are quite simple, the tools however rudimentary, it is necessary to opt for quality tools for better assembly safety. However, all this is noted in the manual. There is a minimalist adjustment at the level of the handle, the accelerator to limit the power. However, on the site, it is noted from 6 years old but the manual specifies not to use before 12 years old, indeed from the first attempts the engine is powerful for such a small motorcycle, even set to minimum the power is delivered on 1/8 of the handle. A big thank you to the delivery person who carried the motorcycle to my garage. To see over time, the motorcycle and the materials used seem to be of quality.

I am satisfied

Disastrous delivery: it was stated as 48–72 hours, but I received it 1 week and 2 days later. The tracking was unreadable and incomprehensible, so I had to call the delivery centers. I received vague answers, and when I contacted Mini MX, I got no help. Kind regards.

Very satisfied with the product, friendly and professional team, I recommend

* Delivery deadlines were not met; I had to keep following up... * Part of the product arrived defective (punctured inner tube, scratches, questionable welds, parts that could not be assembled (display), defective fork that leaked and soaked the tires, etc.) * The gift label pouch was thrown in loose, so it was crumpled = trash... * Delivery tracking could not be accessed... * The parcel was held at the carrier's depot until I confirmed a date, but I had no way to access it. This was resolved after contacting the carrier. I contacted the company about all the problems: * 4 days later = no response.

Order placed on Sunday, sent on Monday, received on Tuesday, incredible. One product was defective, it was replaced quickly without conditions. Really impeccable, unbeatable prices, thank you again!
