Quad received on time, very nice and seems powerful enough and suitable for my children aged 3 and 5. However, a generic manual was provided that does not correspond to this model, so there are things to assemble in the manual already done on the quad, differences between the manual and the quad, and especially explanatory photos in black and white where nothing is distinguishable. Moreover, once assembled, the alignment of the front wheels leaves much to be desired, and since the manual is unreadable, it is difficult to know if it is a mounting problem or a product failure...

The package was supposed to arrive on the 24th/25th according to the minimx website, yet the package only arrived now (July 6th). Moreover, I ordered the minimx big R 300 in blue. The payment went through and I was only informed a week later that the blue motorcycle was not available. So I took the green one; for a first experience, I am not satisfied with the management of the shipments as well as the management of the stock. However, the motorcycle works perfectly!

Very good for the purchase and the questions before the purchase with Minimx, however the company Schenker that does the delivery is absolutely terrible!!! Delivery date choice not respected even though confirmed by email. No call before arrival. MiniMx's image is tarnished by the delivery person, it's a shame. I would prefer to pay more for delivery but have good service.
