On my Optiplex MT 7010 bought at MonsieurCyberman, I had "shot" the motherboard following some operations that were maybe a bit risky. I contacted them and we exchanged on what to do, unfortunately without the PC restarting. I ordered a new motherboard, which was shipped very quickly. I replaced it without any problem and the PC restarted right away. I am therefore very satisfied and in particular with the reactivity in the exchanges.
