Order delivered quickly despite the presence of holidays. The packaging was very neat and the unit was very well protected. The appearance of the unit is satisfactory: the unit is clean and without very visible defects. The start-up is done in the best possible conditions: the unit starts without any problem, the home page does not delay to arrive on the screen (good speed). Windows 10 does its job properly. In silence (no fan noise), I have been using this machine for two days. Everything works correctly with the mainly office applications I use. For the moment I am very satisfied with my investment (good quality/price ratio). I will be attentive to the good functioning of my device during the next months, even if I have to rectify my opinion later.

Mr.CyberMan is very reactive.the problem came from the delivery man, the UPS service mentioning by email that he would come on Thursday. Thursday came but no delivery. It was on Friday that he showed up, just as I was leaving the house. I asked him why and he told me that their service was late (sic)! Really you wait a day for nothing. I am sure UPS would not have the patience if the roles were reversed. The necessity in such a case would have been kind and judicious to warn, a sms is so simple.It is not the first time that I have difficulties with UPS.However the deliverer, one sees it does what it can at its level
