I placed my order on a Saturday, unfortunately I realized too late that the processor was not suitable for my installation. So I called on Monday morning and I was met by a very kind person who proceeded to cancel my order following my request. He also offered to help me choose another product. Refund effective 3 or 4 days later, nothing to complain about, very satisfied.

Mr CYBERMAN was completely OK with his service even if the first PC delivered was out of order, a second one was immediately sent to me, completely in line with my expectations, but unfortunately the UPS carrier was not up to the task: almost a week to deliver with no less than 3 missed appointments due to bad transmission of deposits at their premises and the choice of a UPS relay point refusing packages that are too large!
