Hello, I am a private individual and I wanted to acquire a server to "please myself". At Mr Cyberman, I found what I was looking for in terms of price and availability. The shipment was fast and the product was very well packed. Upon receipt, there were no unpleasant surprises, the equipment was as described and worked. I then went back to Mr. Cyberman to buy ram for this same server. Following an error on my part, detected by the Mr Cyberman team, they contacted me, cancelled and refunded my initial order and were able to redirect me to a compatible product, available immediately. Shipping not very fast despite the extra charge for UPS: 5 days PC well packaged and in good condition but the wifi key provided with does not work and made me lose a lot of time, I tried all possible drivers recovered with another PC on the Internet to find that this key does not work at all. In addition, the Dell optiplex PC does not accept normal format cards, only very low ones that do not exist anymore, still disappointing but I should have looked for more before buying it. A very mixed experience and almost useless for me, a real waste of money, I will try to resell it at a low price without this stupid wifi key.
