Out of 2 Optiplex PCs recently purchased complete, one arrived with a broken keyboard. The second one with a very dirty case. Both were a bit dusty inside. Functioning: The XP pro supplied are light: no themes, no Messenger ... not a big deal though, the machines work well. No inflated capacitors, no dead pixels on the screens. Overall satisfactory; this is not my first purchase from MrCyberman, nor, I think, the last.
