Perfect, communication and delivery times are perfect.

On the service there is nothing to complain about, the people are nice and dedicated. The used PC is clean and well reconditioned. on the other hand, I received a PC that does not have a webcam while the image they give on the site shows one. the PC I received must be a version of more than 4 years old and despite the additional RAM (8GB in all) it is slower than the one I had (identical but more recent) with 4GB. So on these points I am very disappointed.
