Efficient
Online customer service needs improvements. The tracking number for my package was missing from my order and i tried to reach support using the built-in message system on the website and whatsapp as well with no sucess. Ultimately i decided to phone (international call) and the tracking number was provided promptly. Otherwise everything went OK, received my package fast and as expected.
I ordered 5 pack of wax and I only received 4 of it

Ho ordinato 3 diversi surfskate, più di 900 di spesa, (notare nessuno sconto sulla consegna pur con una spesa elevata); sono arrivati 2 skate uguali per errore. Disponibili e celeri nel ritiro di quello sbagliato ma aspetto che mi spediscano quello giusto solo dopo che ricevono quello ritirato (non si fidano?). Grande disagio per il ritardo perché era un regalo, ovviamente arriverà quello giusto troppo tardi...
I live in Tenerife and the shipment took me 17 days. I am sure that this complaint can be fixed for the next shipments OR in case of non-compliance with the delivery period it will be pleasantly compensated.
Delivery ist stated 1day. Major factor for order. Took a week!
Please note that the 24 hours delivery is available for Spain. Delivery to Germany is 2-3 days with GLS,

Very late in sending the order and no response to the several contacts I made to know the status of the order.
The delivery was fast however the condition of the product was not good.
I have not had any problems with the order. The only thing is that if I order again I don't want to be served by the delivery person who did it this time.

Poorly packed for transport
The delivery took much longer than indicated. GLS did not provide a good service. The products themselves arrived well and properly conditioned.
One of the six caps I ordered was missing and the catalytic converter was out of stock and I could not buy it, the rest arrived quickly, on the other hand I would like to have the option to buy cash on delivery, greetings (the cap, that you went the clamp).
The price of 6 plastic plugs seems excessively expensive to me.

I ordered some stickers as a gift for my collection and they passed on the issue. I got in touch and they basically wrote me back and passed on the issue as well. I think I will try other sites like surfmarket
The theater has been great and the quality of the skewers too but we bought a poncho ideal for a gift and after two weeks they told us they were out of stock and we had to take another one and there was almost nothing in stock anymore.
Arrived 2 days later than expected when the delivery time indicated was a fundamental factor for the purchase.
The order was correct, but the management was regular. I ordered some products in particular and they were writing me by whatsapp because they were not clear exactly which model was the one I had ordered... Little clarity in the payment method "easy payment by card", which delays the order in general. In the end the order came out a week later, even with the Christmas holidays, not very efficient management.
The transport company is very very bad...they do not bring you the order in the established time you go to the branch and it is so big chaos and disorder that you spend time and time waiting and in the end I had to take the car and go in search of the deliveryman to pick up my package.
Hi, I'm giving 3 stars because when I received the package they made me pay an amount that I didn't even expect to have to pay since the supposed shipping costs had already been charged to me along with the price of the package. Even so, the material arrived in perfect condition and I loved it but I was annoyed to have to pay more.
We ordered some keels that were delivered on time but did not come with the screws to attach them and we could not mount them until we got some, that is to say that in my opinion the order was incomplete. Best regards.
