Online customer service needs improvements. The tracking number for my package was missing from my order and i tried to reach support using the built-in message system on the website and whatsapp as well with no sucess. Ultimately i decided to phone (international call) and the tracking number was provided promptly. Otherwise everything went OK, received my package fast and as expected.

Disponibili e celeri nel ritiro di quello sbagliato ma aspetto che mi spediscano quello giusto solo dopo che ricevono quello ritirato (non si fidano?). Grande disagio per il ritardo perché era un regalo, ovviamente arriverà quello giusto troppo tardi...
