When ordering with the application has been sent to an old address that appeared in my user account, impossible to recover the order, so I have not received it this time, other purchases everything has been perfect, but this time there has been no solution to the problem.

I made a size error in my order, the site is not easy when you don't know it.

Although they made a point of telling me they were out of stock and it would arrive a few days late, it was delayed quite a bit longer.... I didn't get a chance to take it with me on a planned trip. Overall VERY CONTENT with this site, I always shop with them but this time it went a bit wrong.

I put that rating because the order I placed had it in stock and it was not. I chose another one and it took me more than three days to arrive.

The foam has arrived with two pecks on the bottom. It was well packed and the box had no damage so I deduce that they were done before packing and subsequent shipment. I prefer to fill them before the wrapping to return the product and I hope more care for the future. On the other hand the box with the rest of materials has arrived in very bad condition, broken and half open, although the only damage has been that the resin cans have arrived dented but without bursting. But well, it's a very good suit, and the invention too. I want you to know that there is a trick to avoid the 20 euros of customs, and make an invoice of no more than 150 euros. The service has been excellent, but after placing my order and sending me the invoice, there was NOT the size requested. They should check their stock and update it on the web to avoid problems. I still have not received the corresponding credit for the change of garment and the difference in price between the two.

The order was shipped a day late. So I received it late. The packaging was small for the product, not closing the package properly and putting the products at risk.
