Excellent service. I ordered a paddle for SUP online at midnight and the next morning they called me to inform me of a stock problem. The perfect kayak, the seat is great and the paddle is very good, but the packaging was poor. The seal on the stern was torn with numerous marks on the kayak. Everything else was in perfect condition.

Very bad, I bought some Helly Hansen boots at a fantastic price, they called me the next day to tell me they were changing the website blah blah blah, and that there was no stock, when I accessed it after a few weeks my theory which was that they were a "bargain" was confirmed, as they told me they didn't have them to avoid selling them at that price, it really upset me as it was a birthday gift. By the way, they still haven't refunded the money for the boots.
