What I liked the most is the speed with which they contacted me when I made an inquiry, and the resolution of a series of doubts, regarding both the articles and the purchase itself. The girl who contacted me by phone was very kind, and above all the knowledge she has about the articles she sells. It is not easy to find staff like that, who only dedicate themselves to selling. Dreadful warranty service and communication with them. After receiving defective material, they offered to send me the replacement parts, which I had to pay for, valves, neglecting the repair of the material. After less than a year, we finally had to send the boards back because we couldn't change the valves, which has been a failure since we received the material, we had to bear the shipping and receiving costs, and the repair. Quite disappointed with the service, and of course not recommended at all. And seeing the sequence of events, we decided not to count on their services or products anymore.
