one small complaint: the delivery should have been made to my home address, but I had to collect it from the post office.

Dear Madam, it seems that La Poste tried to deliver to you on Saturday August 4 and Monday August 6, without success. But it's true that during the summer months, delivery can hold a few surprises, given the vacations taken by some postal workers. In any case, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, which is beyond our control. Best regards François

Thank you for your reply, but the post office didn't leave us a delivery note and we were at home these 2 days waiting for your shipment.

the site is good...but there are too many out-of-stocks; we place an order for an association, and the customers get discouraged and go elsewhere to stock up; they won't be able to reorder easily afterwards.

The site is quite ergonomic and user-friendly, sometimes it seems that there are a lot of products "pas dispos", it's not clear why. It's a shame that organic Mascobado sugar is no longer available. Thanks for the melliflower seeds" I'll be sure to sow them for our friends the bees. :-)
