Hello, I really appreciate your business for the quality of its products and, until a few months ago, for the regularity of your supply. But for the past few months, certain products are always or almost always out of stock, and they're usually my favorites, which is a shame.

Very good products, but can we please limit the amount of packaging (bubble wrap, cardboard, cardboard boxes, crates, etc.)?

Very good concept, but a few unpleasant surprises on delivery, such as smaller quantities than agreed. Delivery by chronoposte that doesn't call as it's supposed to... to be reviewed!

Response from Nos Meilleures Courses
Hello, We are sorry that you are not satisfied. We systematically provide credit notes and/or refunds on missing products due to shortages, sent to the mailboxes provided at registration. Finally, chronopost delivery is managed by the Post Office, so we are unfortunately not responsible for the zeal of the deliverymen... Hoping to change your mind soon, Sincerely :)

Response from Nos Meilleures Courses
Hello, We have taken note of your comment and regret it. We apologize for the delivery problem, but as the problem concerns a product and not the site, could you please remove it and replace it directly on the product page? Unfortunately, the vagaries of the postal service mean that we have no control over how products are delivered. We do our utmost to ensure that deliveries go smoothly, but sometimes parcels arrive damaged. In such cases, we are never reluctant to find solutions to the customer's advantage. Best regards,
