The seller didn't warn me that I was out of stock, I could have ordered another item instead of receiving a credit note...

Simply perfect! Ordered on a Sunday, received Tuesday morning. Quality products, organic and fair trade. Organic herbal tea samples as a gift and a handwritten "thank you" on the order form. I wish this company all the best and I support 200% these initiatives that contribute to making our world a little better.

problem with items ordered: one packet of quinoa ordered, received one packet of chickpeas. I ordered brown cane sugar, but received light cane sugar. I had chosen this site because it had all the items I had chosen. What a shame.

The products are of very good quality but are still more expensive than in organic stores, which is a bit of a shame. Delivery was not very easy, to be reviewed.
