No complaints! Chocolate delivered on time in a pretty box, and tasted excellent! Small surprises and gifts appreciated (tea-tisane-dehydrated apple petals sample) along with 2 randomly chosen second-hand books...
In short, I'd do it again with my eyes closed!

I went there, living 10 KM from the store
A warm welcome from the permanent staff and trainees
Many products on the shelves to encourage you to complete your purchases. Small gifts as the icing on the cake.

Very good site, finally fair-trade products; some prices identical, to within a few cents, to mass-market products. Delivery times respected. It has become my supplier for coffee, chocolate, certain jams, etc.
