Customer reviews of Nos Meilleures Courses

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Excellent! Thanks for the goodies!

Excellent service, very fast
Please moderate the weight and size of the boxes.

Fast, reliable, excellent products, plus a kind word and a few samples. 100% perfect!

super, fast delivery, perfect, very good products

Very good service, nothing to complain about.

The person who took care of the order on the phone was very friendly and helpful, as was the delivery person.

1 product missing, 3 others expired 15 days ago ...

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
Hello,

Please excuse us for the missing product, a credit note rounded up to the nearest euro has been credited to your customer account.

Also, concerning the 3 other "expired" products, they were DESTOCKING products with a DLUO (Date Limite d'Utilisation Optimale, not to be confused with DLC: Date Limite de Consommation) close to or slightly exceeded.

We took the initiative of creating this "Destockage" department so as not to waste products that are still quite delicious.

However, your comment urges us to redouble our efforts to highlight the DLUO of these products.

Yours sincerely,

Julien

Nothing to say: it's easy to search, easy to order, easy to pay and fast delivery. That's it, keep it up and don't fuss, I haven't got the time!

the service is excellent
.

I appreciate being able to buy fair trade products (in particular) that are close to or just past their best-before date, so there's no health risk: for a modest price, this helps avoid food waste.
I also appreciate the possibility of buying products made in France.
Nevertheless, the origin of organic products could also be better specified.

very clear navigation.

Excellent choice of products

Works with my old Firefiox 2(!)

;

Your packages always arrive at my house within two days, and if I contact you with questions, your answers are prompt, kind and generous. It's a pleasure doing business with you.

Serious site, quality products, fast delivery, two orders made to date and I'm really very satisfied.

very good service, fast and efficient

Fast delivery. Please note that the cardboard packaging is not very thick and had to be reinforced by the post office.

Very varied choice, fast and impeccable delivery with the small gift in more which always makes pleasure!
The products at the end of DLC or expired should be even less expensive...
Otherwise the sachets of dried apple petals I say 3 times yes!

Good navigation on the site
Good delivery time
Correct prices.
Small downside: high shipping costs (120 )

My orders with you always arrive very quickly, but unfortunately this time you didn't send me the tea I ordered but another tea. It's difficult for me to send it back -- but I'll continue to use your site, as I'm very happy with the tea I order and normally receive without any problems from you.

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
Hello,

Please excuse us for this stupid preparation error.
In this sense, we credit your account with a voucher to compensate you.

Also, we will redouble our efforts on the preparation of orders, especially on picking.

Sincerely,

Julien
