Fast shipping, top communication. Chronopost: too bad! No tracking, the package took 3 days to cover 36 km and it had to be dropped off at a different pickup point than the one I had chosen. Result: no choice of the new pickup point and a delivery 20 minutes by car from my home. Too bad this bad experience spoils my positive opinion on Nouvojour.

First purchase with you, I made a mistake in the model when I validated the order (on a Sunday), I contacted customer service and was refunded in less than 30 minutes, hard to do better in terms of responsiveness, trustworthy site. Fast shipping.

I was contacted following my order because the blue handles were no longer available with the pots. A solution was proposed to avoid a long delivery time for the black handles. Perfect, very good initiative. Charming staff. Fast and compliant delivery. RAS
