I ordered on NOUVOJOUR, a straw, a cap to go with it, ceramic beads, and a 700mL stainless steel water bottle with infuser. I received it very quickly, super well packaged, and even with a little personalized note inside. Shipping costs vary depending on what you buy. I also had the opportunity to be in contact with someone from the site via Instagram, and the person was super nice.

It's very poorly indicated, I thought the lot contained 2 dragon's blood, I received one white sage and the other half.

Response from nouvojour.fr
Hello Madam. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to learn about this misunderstanding and I apologize for it. Following our phone conversation, it seems that there was indeed a preparation error on your order (the dragon's blood bundle was replaced by another reference of a bundle composed half of white sage and half of dragon's blood sage). I confirm that we are sending you today a bundle of dragon's blood sage to correct this error. I remain at your disposal and wish you a very happy new year. Best regards. Mathieu, Nouvojour.fr

Ideal for my décolleté. This cream is light, provides a feeling of well-being. Used with the vanilla softness cleansing milk, it rejuvenates the décolleté: significantly reduces wrinkles. Moreover, its scent is very, very pleasant.

Practical but not great in terms of absorption, not suitable for cleaning a table with a glass top for example.

Good product spreads easily, non-greasy. The skin remains smooth and fresh without a greasy film.

Easy-to-use site, a slight additional delay due to supply but I was informed by phone, and this approach is now so rare that it should be highlighted. Receipt and packaging impeccable. No issues, deserves to be known.

Hello, I ordered on the 6th, and I still haven't been delivered, so the delivery times have nothing to do with the 5 days planned... I know you managed to send the package on time to Mondial Relay: and it's therefore not your fault... But my package seems to be stuck in transit with them.... I don't understand such a delay and it's a very unpleasant experience... Could you check this with them? Thank you in advance for keeping me updated. Véronique B

Calming herbal teas and excellent for the lungs, you can feel the effects after drinking them! Another good point for the seriousness of the site that called me immediately for the unavailability of a product and proceeded immediately with the refund instead of making me wait, a very appreciated approach. For all these reasons mentioned, I will reorder when my stock is depleted.

Fairly quick shipping. Contact made following the unavailability of a product; very pleasant. Just missing the wooden spatula to apply the Endro brand deodorant.
