Customer reviews of Orinko

Very good

Product conforms to the description, easy to assemble and use. Paper manual and tutorial received by email. Tools provided. Orinko offers quality and responsive follow-up and support. Recommended by a friend, I recommend the Orinko fountain.

The binchotan charcoal seems to do the job, however, it is quite cumbersome to use. Drying the charcoal between uses and filtration duration of 4 to 8 hours. For me, it's 8 hours for optimal filtration and that is very cumbersome.

Order received quickly, after-sales service, impeccable, I recommend

Fast and careful

Very serious site and responsive follow-up if you have questions about the products.

Very practical as a replacement for binchotans in the carafe.

The transport went well, at the moment I am on vacation and I haven't tried the ceramic beads yet

Very good product, easy to set up and use, with a gauge on the front to indicate the level, delivered with its support... however, I filtered the water 4 times before drinking it, otherwise it's perfect, the water has a very good taste, thank you Orinko...

Satisfied with my purchase

Material delivered in perfect condition, on time. Explanations for assembly a bit "simplistic"

Very good

Compatible filters with Berckey model

Amazing products, fast delivered, everything as expected. Thank you

high-performance equipment

Thank you for this affordable filter. We finally have pure water, like a stream at home.

Easy order, fast delivery, quality products

I have already placed several orders with ORINKO. I appreciate the transparency, responsiveness, and kindness of the team who willingly answers our questions. The quality-price ratio is quite interesting. Never disappointed with my purchases.

I am completely satisfied.

super well

Simple and clear

The filtered fountain ordered in pre-order arrived as expected and the package was well done.

The filtration system itself seems good, the water tastes good and the filtration is done at a much faster rate than I thought I understood. However, there are two things I regret: At the end of the assembly, we noticed a small bump in the bottom tank even though we did not drop either the package or the tank, but we cannot prove that it was there before because we did not pay attention. Secondly, the filters do not sit straight in the top tank, they are wobbly; we thought we had tightened them properly so we assume it must be like that originally, but we find that it does not look very sophisticated. For us, these filters should stand straight. So a bit disappointed, which explains the rating.

Express delivery and product easy to assemble. So far no complaints to make. Thank you.

Very good but a bit expensive I think

Everything went very well and the customer service is top-notch. The product matches the description. It was easy to install and is very practical.

Good order tracking Compliant products Cool

2nd or 3rd order, delivered quickly, perfect and compliant product, I recommend; good continuation to Orinko

This is my 2nd order and I am satisfied with the products

Very good delay as well as the manual and usage tips.

Quick reception and joyful and practical carafe

This is not the first purchase made on Orinko. This time I only give 4 stars because of a delivery delay that forced me to change my schedule and secondly a problem with the assembly plan requires a revision. The lid handle is delivered with two washers, one in stainless steel and the second in silicone. Impossible to know the assembly direction, and total incompatibility regardless of the attempts? Otherwise, great product. I am serious.

I have been using the products for several years, they are good, the only downside is the protective packaging of the parcel, fragile.

Very happy with my purchase, I investigated the company ORINKO and you have no links with genocides in countries that do not respect international law, thank you for being transparent and ethical.

I am testing the charcoal and ceramic beads.
