Very easy to use. The longevity of the grey pearls is an interesting asset. I use two 2 liter jugs with a mix of grey and pink pearls for one and grey pearls and binchotans for the other (I am testing to see the difference). The water tastes much better, as is or for infusions. The cost is very interesting and especially no plastic waste to reprocess (before I used Bxxxx cartridges). I also put grey beads in the water tanks of the toilets because we have a very hard water. I am very satisfied with these products. I am thinking of giving them to my children soon.

Very good product. I bought the decanter as well as the binchotan from Kishu and the ceramic beads. The products are what I expected. The whole family drinks tap water now thanks to this.

Fast shipping and delivery. Good communication. Product conforms. Only small drawback: the shipping costs are a bit high and make the price of the product increase.

The pieces of coal are very small (much smaller than on the picture). The water is cloudy. And, the ceramic beads do not remove the scale. I went back to the good old commercial carafe.
