Very good products, and the accompanying directions.

Easy-to-use product, not too expensive, fast delivery.

I'm very happy with my order and surprised that the ceramic beads change the tap water so much. Ditto for the charcoal, no noticeable taste in the water ... I just need to put it in another container than the carafe because it's not practical to take it out.
