hello, package question nothing to say. however, I note the inventiveness of the upper part with a slightly smaller diameter that fits into the lower part to save space for transport. and the assurance of not seeing the lower part overflow when we fill the upper part to the brim with water to be filtered. good advice after the purchase.

I received the order about ten days ago, the product seems to match the presentation that was made, quality materials, fairly simple assembly, the water is a bit better than tap water, but living in Brittany, it is primarily to filter pesticides and other contaminants.

Very good. I particularly appreciate the gauge, the large capacity, and the rather quick purification of the water.

Hello, The level is invisible, even with a light it is really dark. Otherwise, I am really satisfied with this product. No more small filtering carafe to fill every 5 minutes.. The water reserve now allows me to use it for cooking pasta..
