Excellent outing, everything went as planned. The only small downside was for the visit to the Arc de Triomphe, there was no indication regarding specific access for groups with tickets

We contacted Paris in a Click to organize an outing for a group of more than 40 people. Tailor-made solution, excellent choice of partners (brewery for lunch). Great organization in advance, excellent follow-up, and very good support from Gaëlle throughout the process. We highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Paris in a Click in October 2025 for organizing a group outing to the Château de Versailles on the day.

Cruise on the Bateaux Mouches: as it was raining, we had to stay inside but the microphones didn't work and we didn't hear any commentary on the monuments seen which is very unfortunate.

Our tickets we purchased here didn't actually work. They did end up letting us on the boat for the Seine cruise, but it took a lot of extra time and effort on their part to figure things out, rather than just scanning a QR code and getting on.

Good, but lacks power in the comments about environmental discoveries at the start, much better in the second part.

A good organization, nothing to say. One downside: on the boat, the comments are inaudible - the speakers are "blocked" and we understand nothing... nothing... nothing. Too bad.

It was a bit complicated to book the activity that was offered to us, and on top of that, we had to pay an extra fee to be able to reserve. The workshop to create your own wine is nice to do, but afterwards, 95 € is still expensive for what it is.

Practical for those who can use the app, but problematic because the machines do not work! Getting a ticket is not easy.

Really a pure joy this cruise, I just give 4 stars instead of 5, just a little café halfway would have been welcome, I recommend it 3000%
