The group was well received but perhaps it would be better to reserve a special entrance for the school group or let them go first and not mix them with the public.

We enjoyed our ascent to the Eiffel Tower and are glad we reserved our spots beforehand, which saved us from long hours of waiting.

For non-Parisians, the return after the fireworks was complicated because the closed stations were poorly indicated and alternative solutions were nonexistent... a lot of stress with at least 100,000 people dispersed in the streets knowing that Paris is not known for its safety...

The staff at Paris in one click was very friendly, the boat staff was very helpful. However, I took a 4-hour cruise that started around 9 PM and logically should have ended around 1 AM but actually ended before midnight.

Great time on the Paris boats with a guide who mastered her subject. I highly recommend this other way to visit the monuments of Paris

Very good visual performance. Audio performance very limited due to the number of translations for the same information.

After a failure of my online purchase of 3 tickets for a cruise, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from a very kind lady who sent them to my email. Otherwise, I would have given up after 3 attempts. Thank you for your responsiveness and for the kindness of this lady.. My husband and I are 80 years old...

A hot day, sauna effect (humid & unpleasant) the sound of the comments could be optimized, we can't clearly hear what is being said.

Nice walk, easy and quick access with tickets purchased in advance online. However, we can't hear the comments, which is a shame. A QR code like at Sacré Cœur should be made so that everyone can listen to the guide with their phone.

The person on the phone was very pleasant and concerned about positively meeting expectations with serious follow-up of the reservation file for a dinner cruise on the bateaux-mouches with a person with reduced mobility. A very successful evening filled with emotions. A big thank you for your welcome and advice.
